Blancpain Fifty Fathoms - Rotomatic incabloc
The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms , born in 1953 to meet the needs of combat swimmers in the French Navy, is considered the first true professional diving watch . This version from the 1950s, with the words "Rotomatic Incabloc" on the dial, is one of the first civilian models put on the market after the military adoption of the model.
Featuring a very generous 41mm case for the time, a rotating bezel with luminous markers, and an ultra-legible dial, this watch ticks all the boxes of the legendary toolwatch. The overall condition is remarkable for a diver's watch over 65 years old: uniform patina, intact dial, original typography... a true collector's item .
