L'Atelier des Tocantes handles the repair of mechanical, automatic, chronograph, or complicated watches, whether equipped with a modern or vintage movement.
Each part is carefully analyzed to establish a precise diagnosis, followed by a detailed estimate.
Restoration applies to watches with movements that are more than 20 years old.
Each component is carefully examined for signs of deterioration. If necessary, parts are repaired or replaced, and then the entire assembly is cleaned, washed, and checked to ensure perfect operation.
We also offer a stretch correction service for your Rolex, Oyster and Jubilee bracelets.

THE GUARANTEE
Watches serviced or repaired by L'Atelier des Tocantes undergo rigorous checks and an observation phase to guarantee a finished product of impeccable quality.
The warranty takes effect upon delivery and is valid for a minimum of 2 years (except for watches over 50 years old, 1 year). It covers the proper functioning of the movement under normal use of the watch, without the intervention of other service providers.
However, normal wear and tear of the watch and its strap, as well as glass breakage, are excluded from the warranty.
